Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of beanbrosbrewingco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Bean Bros Brewing Co. ("Bean Bros," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Pricing
We describe our coffee as accurately as we can, but we don't guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfill it due to a stock issue, in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment already collected.
2. Orders & Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once payment succeeds. All one-time orders and the first shipment of a subscription ship in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
3. Subscribe & Save Subscriptions
By selecting Subscribe & Save, you authorize Bean Bros to automatically charge your payment method the displayed subscription price at the frequency you choose (weekly, or every 1–4 weeks), on an ongoing basis, until you cancel. The Subscribe & Save price reflects a 10% discount off our one-time price and is shown to you, along with the billing frequency, before you complete checkout.
- Renewal: your subscription automatically renews and a new charge and shipment go out each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time, for any reason, at no cost, through the self-service billing portal linked from your account, or by emailing hello@beanbrosbrewingco.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund shipments already charged or in transit.
- Price changes: if we ever change your subscription price, we'll notify you by email before the new price takes effect on your next billing cycle.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we (through Stripe) may retry the charge and will email you if action is needed to keep your subscription active.
4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timeframes, carrier information, and our return policy for perishable food products are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's text, graphics, logos, and design are owned by Bean Bros Brewing Co. or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with normal operation, or using the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, other than any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bean Bros' total liability arising out of or relating to your order or use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
